  • All products at Loveself.store are made-to-order.

  • Standard processing/printing time is 2–4 business days before dispatch.

  • During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 10–21 business days depending on location. Customs clearance may add extra time.

  • Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size/weight.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with a tracking ID and courier details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly first.

  • For further assistance, email us at support@loveself.store within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or customs issues for international shipments.

6. Wrong / Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@loveself.store with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Loveself.store cannot predict these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
