Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Loveself. Every product we sell is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. To ensure transparency and trust, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or free replacements only in the following cases:

Item arrived damaged or defective.

Item received is incorrect (wrong size, design, or product type).

Package was lost in transit and confirmed by the courier.
To process a refund or replacement:

Email us at support@loveself.store within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Because our products are custom-made for you, we cannot accept refunds or returns in these cases:

Change of mind after order confirmation.

Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchase).

Delays caused by courier services outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

Minor variations in print colors (slight differences may occur due to screen-to-print process).
4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card/etc.) within 7–10 business days.

For replacements, a new order will be printed and shipped at no extra cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
