Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Loveself. Every product we sell is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. To ensure transparency and trust, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.


2. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or free replacements only in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Item received is incorrect (wrong size, design, or product type).

  • Package was lost in transit and confirmed by the courier.

To process a refund or replacement:

  • Email us at support@loveself.store within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Because our products are custom-made for you, we cannot accept refunds or returns in these cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchase).

  • Delays caused by courier services outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Minor variations in print colors (slight differences may occur due to screen-to-print process).


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card/etc.) within 7–10 business days.

  • For replacements, a new order will be printed and shipped at no extra cost.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@loveself.store and we’ll assist you.
